✨ How to Prepare for Your Appointment
When to Arrive
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and complete any needed forms.
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened out of respect for the next guest.
✨ Before Your Appointment
General Guidelines (All Services)
Come with clean skin — no heavy makeup or products if possible.
Avoid intense workouts or saunas 1–2 hours before your appointment.
If you’re sick, have a cold sore, or have active infections, please reschedule.
✨ What to Avoid Before Specific Appointments
Microneedling
No retinol or exfoliants for 5 days before.
Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for 1 week.
No Botox, fillers, or chemical peels for 2 weeks before.
Do not arrive with irritated or sunburned skin.
Chemical Peels
Avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, acne treatments, and scrubs for 5 days.
No waxing, threading, or dermaplaning for 7 days.
Avoid sun exposure for 1 week.
Discontinue self-tanning on the face for at least 7 days.
Dermaplaning
Avoid retinol, exfoliants, and acne treatments for 3–5 days.
No tanning or excessive sun exposure for 48 hours before.
Do not wax or use depilatory creams 1 week prior.
Facials
Stop active acne treatments (benzoyl peroxide, retinol, AHAs/BHAs) 2–3 days before.
Avoid shaving your face the day of (men should shave at least 6 hours prior).
Drink plenty of water for best results.
Lash Lift & Tint
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and brows.
Avoid waterproof mascara for 24–48 hours before.
No retinol, acne products, or exfoliants around the eyes/brows for 3–5 days.
Back Facials / Body Treatments
Avoid heavy lotions, self-tanner, or body exfoliants for 24 hours before.
Do not tan or use tanning beds 1 week before.
Avoid sunburned or irritated skin.
✨ Important Notes
Always disclose recent treatments (Botox, fillers, lasers, peels).
If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, on Accutane, or using prescription skincare, please inform your aesthetician.
